Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sporadicat.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (or missing items), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Fit Guarantee 
We provide 100% guarantee on our wheelchairs. This means that we will work with you to make sure each wheelchair is a good fit. If adjustments are needed to the design for your specific needs, we will send you a custom model after getting additional measurements or video from you so we can create the best possible design for your needs. This includes changing the way the chair is balanced, or creating an entirely new design if that is what is needed for your specific use case. We will do everything in our power to help your furry friend get the mobility they deserve. 


Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on used wheelchairs, but we will do everything in our power to make sure that it works correctly for you (see fit guarantee).  In the event that anyone does reach out to us about a wheelchair that they are no longer using, we do collect used wheelchairs and donate them to non-profit rescue and animal rehab centers. We will cover return shipping for any chair that you would like donated. We offer these chairs at no cost, including covering shipping, to any non-profit organization that has a need. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
